1.Using this website

Product information, photos, colors, prices and lead times on this website are for general guidance and may change. Photos and mockups show typical examples; your order is made to the details confirmed in your quotation and approved mockup.

2.Quotes

A quote is not an order. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise, because fabric and shipping costs change.

Our usual minimum order is from 25 pieces per design, unless your quote says otherwise.

3.Mockups, samples and approval

Before production we send you a digital mockup to check. Please check every detail carefully: colors, logos, spelling, names, numbers, sizes and quantities.

Samples take about 7–10 days. Sample and courier costs are shown in your quote; where a sample leads to a bulk order of the same design, we deduct the sample cost from that order.

Once you approve the mockup or sample in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine), production follows that approval. Changes after approval may cost extra and move the delivery date. We are not responsible for mistakes that were in the approved mockup.

4.Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you approve the final mockup or sample and we receive a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before the goods are shipped.

We accept bank transfer (T/T) and any other method agreed in writing. Prices are in the currency shown on your quote. Bank and transfer fees on your side are paid by you.

5.Production and delivery times

Bulk production usually takes 3–4 weeks after order confirmation. Delivery dates in your quote are our best estimate and start from the day we receive your deposit and final approval. Late approvals, changes, payment delays, public holidays, power or supply problems, customs inspections and courier delays can move dates. We will tell you as soon as we know of a delay.

6.Colors, sizes and quantities

Because every product is made to order, small differences are normal and are not defects:

• colors on fabric can look slightly different from colors on a screen or a printed Pantone guide, and can vary slightly between fabric batches
• finished garment measurements can differ by up to 2 cm (about 1 inch) from the size chart
• embroidery and print placement can differ slightly from the mockup

Please use our size charts or order a sample if exact fit or color matters to you.

7.Your artwork

When you send us logos, crests, names or designs, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they don't infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright. You remain the owner of your artwork. We only use it to make your order and won't sell it or make products with it for anyone else. Mockups and designs our team creates for you may be used for your orders; we may show photos of finished products in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8.Shipping, customs and risk

Shipping method and cost are set out in your quote. Unless your quote says otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are paid by you, and you are responsible for any customs paperwork your country requires on import.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, tell us straight away and we will open a claim with the courier and help you get it resolved.

9.Problems with your order

Please check your goods when they arrive. If anything is faulty, missing or doesn't match the approved mockup, email becreativeinternational15@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos and the quantities affected. Please keep the goods unused.

If the problem is our fault, we will remake or replace the affected items at our cost or, if that isn't possible, credit or refund you for them. We can't accept claims for goods that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, or for mistakes that were in the approved mockup.

10.Cancellations

Because every order is custom made, you can only cancel free of charge before production starts. If you cancel after we have bought fabric or started production, we keep from your deposit the costs we have already paid or committed, and refund the rest. Orders cannot be cancelled once production is complete.

11.Our liability

We are responsible for making your order as agreed. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or missed events, caused by delays or problems outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12.Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government action, power or internet outages, or transport disruption. If this happens we will let you know and agree new dates with you.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We always aim to resolve any problem directly and quickly; if a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.
