1.Who we are

Be Creative International ("we", "us") is a sportswear manufacturer based at Mohallah Mubarak Pura, Opposite Saga House, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2.What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your name, company or team name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country
• order details such as category, product, quantity, customization, deadline and your message
• any design file you upload (for example a logo or artwork)

When you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to send.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data for security and to keep the site running, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use your IP address only to limit spam on the quote form.

3.How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, mockups and samples
• to produce, pack, ship and invoice your order, and to support you after delivery
• to keep records required for accounting, tax and customs
• to protect the website and our business from spam and abuse

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We only contact you about your enquiry or order.

4.Our legal basis

Where data protection laws such as the UK and EU GDPR apply, we use your information because you asked us for a quote or placed an order (steps before and performance of a contract), because we must keep certain records by law, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping our website secure.

5.Who we share it with

We only share your information with services we need to run the website and our business:

• Google LLC (USA), which provides our email (Gmail) and the map on our contact page
• WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp
• couriers, freight forwarders and customs agents, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order
• banks and payment providers, to process your payments

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6.International transfers

We are based in Pakistan and some of the services above are based in the USA, so your information will be handled outside your own country. We only use established providers that protect personal data, and where required they rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7.How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become orders are kept for up to 2 years so we can answer follow-up questions, then deleted. Order records, invoices and shipping documents are kept for as long as accounting, tax and customs rules require (usually up to 6 years). You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

8.Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The contact page shows a map from Google Maps; Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. See Google's privacy policy for details.

9.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• delete your information, or stop or limit how we use it
• send your information to you or another company in a common format

To make a request, email becreativeinternational15@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

10.Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to our inbox and records is limited to the people who handle your order. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
